We’re looking for closers .

Not someone whose resume merely contains the word “sales.” We want people who understand discovery, value, objections, follow-up, negotiation, and asking for a decision.

Summit Creative Group provides businesses with marketing, advertising, branding, creative, digital, and business-development solutions.

Our sales operation generates opportunities.

Your job is to close them.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with qualified business prospects
• Conduct discovery
• Determine what the client actually needs
• Recommend the appropriate Summit solution
• Present proposals
• Handle objections
• Follow up aggressively and professionally
• Obtain signed agreements
• Secure initial payment
• Document the account in the CRM
• Hand closed business to the fulfillment team

• Handle rejection without falling apart
• Understand that the sale isn’t complete until the agreement and payment are completed

Compensation

Commission-based independent contractor opportunity.

There is no guaranteed base salary or hourly wage .

Compensation is tied to qualifying collected revenue, with continuing earning opportunities available on eligible accounts according to the Summit compensation plan.

Preferred Experience

B2B sales, advertising, marketing, telecommunications, security, automotive, insurance, SaaS, media, home services, or similar performance-based sales experience.

Treasure Valley candidates are preferred.
