Unit Manager – Full Time, 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Mount Carmel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a RN Unit Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, 40-hour position on 1st shift , with a supportive schedule that includes: Nursing on-call rotation MOD (Manager on Duty) – Weekend coverage Join a compassionate, mission-driven team where your work truly matters and your days actually make a difference for residents and families. Responsibilities Day-to-day coordination and 24-hour oversight of the unit. Monitor resident care by licensed nurses and LNAs. Ensure resident care and documentation are in compliance with HIPAA, State and Federal regulations for healthcare. Ensure physician orders are followed, monitor medication & treatment schedules, and MDS documentation is accurate. Collaborate with other departments; assist ADON; work most closely and under the direction of the Director of Nurses. Assess, plan, implement and monitor resident care to ensure that care needs are being met. Maintain confidentiality of all resident-related care information to ensure HIPAA compliance. Provide overall supervision of Licensed Nurses, LNAs and LMNAs and the care provided to residents on the assigned unit. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Long-term care experience preferred. RN with management experience. Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board.
