The Opportunity Target project profile: large-scale tilt-up warehouse and distribution facilities, 250,000–1,000,000+ SF Established relationships with top-tier national and regional GCs active in the DFW market Fully integrated self-perform operations including in-house finishing - quality controlled from start to finish Work-life balance is a priority - we respect your time outside of work Technology-forward organization: OST, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Office 365 What You'll Do Prepare complete and competitive bid proposals for tilt-up concrete scopes Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from architectural and structural drawings using OST and Bluebeam Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier quotes Develop accurate labor, material, equipment, and overhead cost models Coordinate with the Preconstruction Manager and leadership on bid strategy and go/no-go decisions Attend pre-bid meetings, site walks, and GC interviews as required Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and owners in the DFW market Assist with value engineering and scope clarification during preconstruction Maintain organized bid files, estimate logs, and follow-up tracking Support project handoffs to the PM team upon award What We're Looking For 3+ years of estimating experience with a concrete subcontractor - tilt-up experience strongly preferred Technical expertise in tilt-up panel construction with the ability to communicate clearly to field staff Strong proficiency in OST (On-Screen Takeoff) and Bluebeam - required Solid understanding of tilt-up panel systems, CIP structural concrete, and flatwork scopes Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings with accuracy Experience using construction bidding platforms (Building Connected, iSqFt, or similar) Detail-oriented with strong math, analytical, and organizational skills Working knowledge of the DFW subcontractor market and material pricing a plus GC-side candidates with strong tilt-up estimating experience will be considered Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Compensation & Benefits Above-market base salary commensurate with experience Annual discretionary bonus tied to the success of the Texas operation Excellent coverage options with minimal out-of-pocket cost 401k with company match Gas card, cell phone, and laptop provided PTO competitive and negotiable Formal training program and mentor/mentee program for professional development Why This Opportunity?
