Facilities ManagerThe Facilities Manager ensures the efficiency, safety and good working conditions of all facilities at an Eataly location. Reports to the Director of Store Operations and oversees Facilities and Support team members.Responsibilities include managing team members, ensuring efficiency and good working conditions of multiple 24-hour facilities, maintaining accurate records of the conditions of all facilities in the building, guaranteeing clean and sanitary conditions in accordance with state and federal regulations, assessing the ongoing condition of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing and other essential facilities and equipment, ensuring the safety of the building from fire, flood or other hazards, overseeing inventory and vendor relationships, and performing other duties as required or assigned.Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience as a Housekeeping, Facilities or Custodial Supervisor or Manager, experience successfully managing a large team, excellent time management, communication and problem-solving skills, and bilingual in English and Spanish.Job requirements include availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule sometimes including evenings, weekends and holidays, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, ability to exert well-paced mobility for 8 hours in length, including standing, walking, bending and squatting, ability to withstand extreme temperatures for extended periods of time, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Certification.Benefits and perks include medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, paid parental leave, 401K with match or RRSP, free family meal daily, discounts at Eataly, referral bonus program, and more!Compensation: Pay range is set at $80k - $90k.Eataly is an equal employment opportunity employer.
