Required Qualifications Experience 11+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience. 5+ years of technical leadership or team lead experience. Experience delivering enterprise CMS and digital experience platforms. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service Java, J2EE Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR HTL (Sightly), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Vue JS AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, MSM, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments REST APIs and Microservices Architecture Git, Maven, Cloud Manager Preferred Qualifications Adobe Certified Professional or Expert certification in AEM Cloud. Experience with Vue Js, or Headless CMS architectures. Knowledge of cloud platforms such AWS. Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Key Deliverables Scalable and maintainable AEM solutions. Performance-optimized digital experiences. Successful cloud deployments and release management.
