About the RoleThe Production Control Manager leads sourcing and purchasing activities to ensure cost-effective, timely, and reliable supply. The role manages procurement staff, oversees supplier performance, and executes sourcing strategies. The position supports operational continuity, cost control, and alignment with business objectives.

What You’ll DoSourcing & Procurement ExecutionMaintain ownership of procurement activities ensuring cost-effective and reliable supply of materials.Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with operational and business requirements.Manage purchasing activities including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract execution.Ensure timely procurement of materials to support production and operational needs.Monitor supplier performance and address issues impacting cost, quality, or delivery.Team Leadership & Performance ManagementLead, coach, and develop procurement team members to ensure performance and capability.Assign priorities and manage workloads to meet procurement and operational objectives.Establish performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and development.Promote collaboration across procurement, operations, finance, and engineering teams.Drive accountability and consistency across procurement processes and activities.

Supplier Management & Continuous ImprovementEvaluate supplier performance using cost, quality, and delivery metrics.Lead supplier negotiations to optimize pricing, terms, and service levels.Identify and mitigate supply risks including disruptions and supplier dependencies. Implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and cost savings.Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls. Additional ExpectationsAdhere to the Employee Handbook, Group Code of Conduct, the Group Compliance Policy, the IMS Policy, and all other applicable company policies and procedures. Maintain awareness of the requirements of, and their individual contribution to and impact on the effectiveness of, the Integrated Management System (IMS), including Quality, Health & Safety,

Environmental and Product Compliance objectives and requirementsReport on unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, incidents, and injuries, quality issues, compliance concerns, violations to the appropriate personnel without delay.Participate in required training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field required.5–8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles required.2–3 years of leadership experience managing procurement teams preferred.Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier management, and negotiation.Experience with ERP systems and procurement tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in dynamic environments.Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or similar preferred.Experience supporting global or multi-site procurement operations.Ability to sit for extended periods while working with procurement systems and data.Ability to occasionally travel to supplier sites or manufacturing locations.What You’ll GetThis role is eligible for a discretionary bonusCareer Scope and Advancement: As we grow, new positions and career opportunities arise, offering accelerated paths for the right candidates, locally and globally.World of Wellness Philosophy: We empower you to take charge of your health and well-being.
