Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2040 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• No previous experience allowed for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - CHS Long Island and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - CHS Long Island.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
- Community hospital experience is preferred.

Special Requests:
- Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details:
- Adult observation patients and overflow med/surg/tele, including ED overflow.

Shift & Scheduling:
- 3 weekend shifts per contract.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute)
