Your passion for sales and exceptional leadership skills will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding our sales targets as well you would be responsible for assisting the customer in securing proper funds for purchasing recreational vehicles for the dealership.ResponsibilitiesSecure financing and present insurance options for customers, presenting terms and payment structures in a clear and professional manner.Prepare and review all sales and finance paperwork to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely funding.Assist the sales team by explaining financing options and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to contract signing.Cultivate a positive and customer-centric atmosphere that ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty.Protect dealership assets by following all state and federal regulations, including privacy and lending compliance.Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Oversee inventory management and ensure a well-presented showroom at all times.Monitor and achieve finance department goals, including product sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability targets.Additional duties as assignedQualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial informationProblem-solving and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approachMust be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentEducation and Experience Previous Finance or Sales experience requiredRV, Marine or Auto experience preferredHigh School Diploma or GEDProficiency in IDS Software preferred Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance401K with company matchPTOGreat company culture Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
