Membership Sales Consultant - Fitness Club
City Fitness
City Fitness is seeking a Membership Sales Consultant to drive new memberships and support club growth across our Philadelphia locations. You’ll conduct tours, present membership options, and provide a consultative experience that aligns with members’ fitness goals. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead follow-up, outreach in the community, and achieving monthly sales targets. You’ll collaborate with trainers and front desk teams to deliver a high-energy, member-first experience, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and represent our inclusive, wellness-focused culture every day.
