Membership Consultant

Membership Consultant – AFC Fitness Join the AFC sales team and be a key factor in accomplishing sales goals set by our General Manager and COO. As a Membership Consultant, you will bring high energy and ambition, relish working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth health and wellness environment, and perform day‑to‑day functions of a highly productive inside sales advisor while focusing on team and club goals. Responsibilities Direct conversation and guided walkthroughs with potential members. Reviewing, contacting, and qualifying inbound leads. Perform outbound email, text, and phone prospecting based on internal lists. Re‑engage longer‑term leads already in the AFC pipeline. Work with internal stakeholders on lead generation sources and strategies. Complete full membership onboarding using all software and systems. Meet membership goals consistently and pursue new opportunities with Senior Membership Consultant and General Manager. Actively engage in pursuit and registration of Insurance‑Provided Memberships. Communicate membership news and promotions consistently to all teams. Maintain eye for detail, improving club well‑being and addressing member issues promptly. Resolve member topics timely and professionally in conjunction with AFC Club Lead and GM. Effectively manage time and workflow. Create monthly marketing plan and outreach, closeout agenda and follow‑through. Provide newsletter and social media content. Requirements Schedule determined by GM based on club needs; report directly to SMC and General Manager. Work as a team with Senior Membership Consultant and department teammates to produce positive experiences for all guests and prospects. Turn positive experiences and engagements into membership sign‑ups for AFC. Travel Requirement No travel.
