Intake Specialist

Job Location: Houston, TX A growing plaintiff personal injury law firm in Houston is seeking an experienced Intake Coordinator to join its pre-litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping clients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from potential clients and conduct initial case screenings Gather accident details and determine whether a matter is a viable personal injury case Follow established intake questionnaires and accurately document client information Maintain organized case records and perform detailed data entry Provide empathetic, professional, and customer-focused support throughout the intake process Collaborate with the pre-litigation team to ensure a seamless client experience Qualifications: 2+ years of intake or legal support experience At least 1 year of plaintiff personal injury experience required Experience working in a high-volume environment Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$60,000 – $80,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
