For more than 30 years, Watermark has been a leader in senior housing, and we continue to grow by hiring caring, dependable people who lead with kindness, patience, and purpose.
In this role, youll support residents with daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, hydration, companionship, and engagement. Youll also observe and report changes in residents condition, follow individualized care plans, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
Were looking for compassionate caregivers with experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care who want meaningful work and the chance to make a real difference every day.

Job Requirements:
- 1 years experience as a caregiver in an assisted living, memory care or home care setting
- Able to work weekends
- Diligent in paperwork
- Excellent work ethic
- Great assessment skills
- Interested in learning and growing your skill set
