What You Will Be Doing as the Finance Manager:
\n- \n
- Lead forecasting and top-line revenue analysis for multiple business units \n
- Build and maintain detailed monthly forecasts and annual budgets with full P and L ownership \n
- Provide financial insights to business unit leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps \n
- Develop and evaluate profitability models, investment ROI, capital expenditures, and working capital forecasts \n
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, IT, purchasing, and field accounting teams \n
- Drive process improvements and standardized reporting across complex business environments \n
- Support the month-end close process and collaborate with corporate accounting on financial accuracy \n
- Take ownership of the P&L \n
- Take ownership of ad hoc analyses, competitive risk reviews, and market trend evaluations \n
About You as the Finance Manager:
\n- \n
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience, with 2 years in leadership \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required \n
- Experience interfacing with C-Level executives \n
- Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment \n
- Distribution or foodservice industry experience is a strong plus \n
- Public company experience preferred \n
- Comfortable working onsite in Denver in a hybrid model \n
