Salary: $30.73 - $32.27/hour DOE

Lifeline Connections is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to lead our Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. This is an opportunity for a licensed behavioral health professional to combine clinical expertise, team leadership, and community engagement to support individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, recovery, and person-centered care while guiding a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping clients achieve stability, independence, and improved quality of life.

Clinical Leadership

• Provides clinical direction and oversight for a multidisciplinary PACT team.
• Ensures services are evidence-based, recovery-oriented, and aligned with PACT fidelity standards.
• Coaches staff in assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and psychiatric rehabilitation.
• Models clinical excellence through direct client service and consultation.

Team Development & Performance Management

• Creates a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Provides regular supervision, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Leads recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development efforts.
• Supports employee growth while maintaining high standards of care and documentation.

Program Operations

• Oversees daily operations to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with agency, state, and Medicaid requirements.
• Maintains staffing plans and schedules that support 24/7 client coverage.
• Monitors program outcomes, productivity, documentation quality, and client engagement.
• Identifies operational challenges and implements practical solutions

Community Partnership & System Navigation

• Builds strong relationships with hospitals, law enforcement, courts, housing providers, and community agencies.
• Serves as a trusted representative of Lifeline Connections within the behavioral health community.
• Supports referral development and leads admission screening processes.
• Advocates for clients while navigating complex systems of care.

Client-Centered Care

• Develops meaningful therapeutic relationships with individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness.
• Promotes dignity, autonomy, and recovery-oriented treatment approaches.
• Provides direct clinical services, crisis support, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Supports families and natural supports through education and resource coordination.

Crisis Management & Clinical Decision-Making

• Demonstrates sound clinical judgment in high-acuity situations.
• Coordinates care during psychiatric crises, hospitalization events, and transitions of care.
• Maintains expertise in evidence-based interventions and risk assessment practices.
• Balances client needs, team resources, and program priorities effectively.

QualificationsRequired

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Washington State licensure as an:
• LMHC
• LMFT
• LICSW
• LAAC
• Mental Health Professional (MHP) designation.
• Minimum three years of experience providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with serious mental illness.
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and ability to transport clients when necessary.

Preferred

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in behavioral health settings.
• Experience working within the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT/PACT) model.
• Expertise working with schizophrenia-spectrum and psychotic disorders.
• Training and experience utilizing evidence-based practices, including CBT for Psychosis (CBT-p).
• Experience collaborating with community partners, hospitals, criminal justice systems, and housing providers.
