Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct direct clinical work with clients both in-person (when necessary) and remotely, focusing on individuals dealing with severe mental health issues.

• Participate collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve collective goals tied to patient engagement and outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs and arrange for further evaluations as necessary.

• Develop and implement tailored care plans in conjunction with clients, their families, and other providers to enhance access to essential services.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic services, including crisis intervention, individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring clients receive appropriate care aligned with their presenting problems.

• Prepare timely documentation and reports, ensuring compliance with clinic and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in quality improvement committees aimed at enhancing service delivery across the organization.
