A fast-growing plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join its expanding practice in Tampa, Florida. The attorney will manage workers’ compensation matters from intake through resolution, including hearings, litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, mediations, and client communication. The firm provides a steady pipeline of cases along with extensive operational and litigation resources to support success.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers’ compensation cases from inception through resolution
• Handle hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearances
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Maintain regular communication with clients and opposing counsel
• Work with medical experts and other witnesses
• Develop litigation strategies to maximize case outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing
• 3+ years of workers’ compensation experience
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a large caseload efficiently
• Excellent communication and client service abilities
