Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
• Prior experience working in school settings, supporting children from diverse backgrounds
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing targeted interventions
• Adept at using teletherapy platforms for remote or hybrid roles (if applicable)
• Flexibility to work independently or within interdisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, and provide recommendations and support for classroom staff
• Deliver engaging services using in-person or teletherapy methods, depending on placement type
