Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to OB/GYN patients in outpatient and inpatient settings, with emphasis on safety and quality outcomes
- Conduct focused nursing assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with physicians, midwives, and other team members
- Monitor maternal and fetal status, interpret fetal monitoring when required, and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and oversee procedures, including conscious sedation; assist with termination services and peri-procedural care
- Support perioperative and PACU care as needed and assist with gynecologic procedures and postoperative recovery
- Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and available resources; ensure clear documentation and patient understanding

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- AWHONN fetal monitoring certification
- 2+ years of outpatient OB/GYN experience with conscious sedation and termination services
- Ability to work in a hospital setting; 10-hour shifts; travel assignment in Boston, MA
