Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the Riverside, CA area with a growing manufacturing and operations-focused organization. This full-time leadership role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys leading teams, strengthening client relationships, improving service processes, and supporting long-term business growth. The Customer Service Manager will oversee a team of Business Relations Executives, partner closely with Sales Engineers, and collaborate across Sales, Operations, Quality, Accounting, and other internal teams. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence customer satisfaction, account retention, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Relations Executives focused on customer satisfaction, account growth, and service excellence. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase long‑term value. Partner with Sales Engineers to support territory growth strategies, new business opportunities, quotations, orders, and customer follow‑up. Manage CRM activity, customer inquiries, account requests, issue resolution, and follow‑through to ensure timely and accurate service. Collaborate with Quality, Accounting, Operations, Sales, and other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve internal processes. Analyze customer feedback, oversee Return Goods Authorizations, support QMS compliance, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year. Employment type: Direct hire. Schedule: Full-time. Location: Riverside, CA area. Comprehensive benefits package.
