Department: 34102 Atrium Health Pineville - Nursing Float Pool Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information 3, 12-hour night shifts per week Holiday rotation Weekend rotation Pay Range $38.20 - $57.30 Where You Will Work This RN Float Pool supports both NICU and Mother‑Baby Expectations We’re Looking For Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Minimum one year of Mother‑Baby and NICU experience required Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Recommended within 6 months of hire or per local or site‑specific policy of standard of care. What You’ll Do As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
