Litigation Legal Assistant

Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 per year A bit about us: This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and gain hands-on experience in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, court appearances, depositions, and client interaction within the commercial litigation space. 401(k) with matching Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Flexible spending account Paid time off Parental leave Bonus opportunities Job Details Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of commercial litigation matters, including conducting factual investigations, legal research, drafting key court documents, participating in depositions, and communicating with clients. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, reports, and other legal documents. Conduct extensive, complex legal research and prepare legal memoranda. Maintain client relationships and work directly with clients to address their legal concerns and needs. D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the state. 1-5 years of experience in commercial litigation. Proficient in motion practice, legal research, and legal writing. Exceptional analytical skills and a strong understanding of commercial law. Proven track record of managing complex litigation matters. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
