• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies across all locations.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of operations experience, previous management experience preferred

• Strong strategic vision and excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to make informed decisions.
• Bilingual Spanish Speaking candidates highly encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations if ever needed
