Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Immediate Nurse Practitioner (NP) contract opportunity at our Corporate Health Center in Windsor, WI.
Pay Rate: $90.00/hr
Work Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday: 6:30 AM 4:30 PM
- Wednesday, Thursday: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
Contract Details:
- Start: 12/1/27
- End: 4/5/2027 (possible extension)
Job Details:
- Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment
- Patient Population: Ages 2 and older
- Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs.
- Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition.
- Collaborates with Physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan as necessary.
- Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures.
- Maintains medical records
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program
- Epic experience a plus
- Experience in acute care or walk-in/urgent care
- Current national certification (ANCC or AANP)
- Prior clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting.
