Title: Project Manager
Location: Bolingbrook, IL (HYBRID Role, must be onsite 6x a month in Bolingbrook corporate offices.)
Duration: 5 months

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Manager, TikTok Shop is responsible for helping support all go-to-market functions of TikTok Shop. This role will help manage the channel's GTM calendar for brand activations, LIVEs, TikTok campaigns and more to ensure all deadlines are met and deliverables on track. This person will help lead the execution of major activation moments including UB World/FLC, LIVEs at brand IRL events and more. This role will also help coordinate key meetings and touchpoints across Ulta cross-functional teams and external vendors, lead communications cross-functionally for key program updates and more. Depending on needs of the business, this role will flex as needed to support continued growth and innovation within the channel.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Go-to-Market Coordination
• Manage TikTok Shop Go-to-Market calendar capturing all upcoming brand activations, campaigns, new launches, LIVEs, etc
• Lead coordination for bringing to life LIVEs and channel campaigns including coordinating sampling needs, tracking campaign deadlines and following up with key cross-functional teams
• Leads execution of major activation moments including coordinating and organizing activations related to UB World/FLC, Pinnacle Grand Opening, LIVEs at brand IRL events and more
• Coordinates efforts across internal and external teams to bring to life dedicated brand LIVEs featuring celebrity and/or top-tier influencer talent
• Collaborates with store eventing team and corporate events manager to capture upcoming events and identify opportunities to amplify via TikTok Shop
• Leads tentpole event amplification strategy, outlining clear strategy with guidance from Sr Manager; coordinates across Category Manager, Ops Manager, Creator/Affiliate Marketing and Media teams to execute

Program Organization & Tracking
• Manage key cross-functional and vendor meetings including identifying agenda, pulling together content, capturing notes, ensuring follow-ups are delivered
• Responsible for owning month-end ORM reporting and tracker updates
• Supports hero product and SKPP tracking in collaboration with TikTok Shop Operations team
• Supports building out new process roadmaps and SOPs for new processes and ways of working
• Support team expense tracking for major activations
• Organize and draft monthly newsletters for broader GTM function-Merchandising & Digital and Marketing- to share out updates on the TikTok Shop programs, recent achievements as well as upcoming activations
• Manage TikTok Shop inbox, flag to appropriate team members for timely responses
• Manage TikTok Shop enhancement backlog, outlining need, benefit and risks if not implemented; maintain organized and prioritized backlog tracker
• As needed, act as TikTok Shop lead to collaborate with IT and product teams to identify business requirements, sizing and more

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience.
• 3-5+ years of Merchandising, Buying and/or Category Management experience
• Passionate about social media and the new creator economy
• Highly organized with ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong listening skills
• Ability to plan and prioritize effectively and stay organized in a fast-moving business.
• Creative problem solver with an innovative mindset
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration skills. Works in a team environment as well as independently.
