At OPTYO, you will work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment with direct exposure to how high‑growth D2C brands are built, optimized, and scaled. Role Overview We are looking for a talented graphic designer who specializes in email and digital creative to join our growing team. You will design in Figma first, then build and deploy directly in Klaviyo. You will work across a portfolio of DTC brands – designing emails, ad creative, and branded content that converts. Key Responsibilities Designing email campaigns and flows in Figma – from concept to pixel‑perfect template Building and deploying those designs directly inside Klaviyo Creating ad creative for Meta, Instagram, and other paid social channels Building brand‑consistent digital assets across multiple client accounts simultaneously Collaborating with our marketing specialists and performance team to bring campaigns to life Moving fast – we operate on tight timelines and high standards What we are looking for: 2+ years of graphic design experience with a strong focus on email and digital Proficiency in Figma – this is non‑negotiable Hands‑on experience building and deploying email templates in Klaviyo The ability to take a Figma design from concept to a live Klaviyo send without handholding A portfolio that shows clean, conversion‑focused creative – not just pretty work Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple brand identities at once Someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and hits deadlines Motion graphics or animation skills Background in sports, fitness, golf, or wellness brands Experience with Shopify or landing page design San Diego‑based candidates will be considered for a full‑time in‑office role.
