Compensation: $70,000 yearly Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and a positive client experience. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Provide clear, actionable guidance on insurance products and services. Monitor client feedback to identify trends and improve service delivery. Qualifications Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
