Customer Success Consultant
McLeod Software
The Customer Implementation Success Consultant will play a fundamental role in ensuring that our customers achieve a successful go-live with McLeod Software before moving to long-term support. In this role, you'll partner closely with both customers and internal implementation teams to drive adoption, reduce risk and provide proactive support for long-term customer success and relationship management. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and guiding customers through meaningful change, this is a great opportunity to make a direct impact. What You'll Do Serve as customer advocate during software implementation, providing support and issue resolution Partner with customers to drive software adoption, providing guidance and training Collaborate with internal implementation teams to share insights, identify gaps, and keep projects on track Participate in customer meetings, providing updates, recommendations, and progress reporting to key stakeholders What You Bring A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping others succeed Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills Requirements Experienced with EDI, FSS, Mobile Communications, etc. Experience working on implementation/integration projects Experience providing training experience or teaching in a formal or informal environment Experience with McLeod Software products in a support or training capacity (required) Transportation industry knowledge/experience (preferred) Technical Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Previous experience with McLeod Software (required) Why McLeod Software?
