Our vision is revolutionizing how healthcare professionals produce, access, and utilize information and thus enabling them to focus on the core value of their work: patient outcomes.Your Contribution:Support customers using CGM proprietary products by answering calls for technical support.Respond to customer inquiries and monitor programs to ensure on-time, effective responses.Provide feedback to the Quality Assurance & Development teams to aid in improving product and processes.Manage multiple open cases and provide timely updates to internal and external customers.Your Qualification:Associates Degree or 2 years Call Center/Customer Support experience.Must have the ability to pay attention to detail and to work independently.Must have the ability to handle confidential information.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills verbally and written.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.What You Can Expect From Us:Purpose: Become a part of a significant initiative.
