Finance and Accounting Manager

Summary The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the financial health of the corporation to promote success and growth while maintaining legal financial practices. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial operations of the US and Canada divisions, and report regularly to HQ in China. Work flexibility is required due to international meetings. Responsibilities Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders, and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts Participate in reporting meetings with international counterparts and to HQ in China, work flexibility required Manage finance and accounting team members, including delegation of work, training, performance management Provide necessary support and reports to HQ Finance in China All other duties assigned Qualifications Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or other related fields 10+ years of experience in finance, with 2+ years of experience managing a team Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse/inventory environment required Experience supporting a $50m+ company CPA or CFA certifications are a plus Experience with SAP, Concur, Paychex, and QuickBooks highly recommended Benefits Insurance options include Medical, Dental, Vision, with $0.00 premium payroll deduction options Voluntary Life and Disability Plans Employer paid life insurance HSA option Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays Monthly allowances for phone and car 401(k) match 100% match for 4% salary Company bonus program #J-18808-Ljbffr Hengli America
