Job Description

the HVAC Superintendent - Commercial & Industrial Projects - Raleigh will be responsible for:

• Plan, schedule, and execute HVAC projects
• Supervise HVAC technicians, subcontractors, and on-site personnel
• Ensure installations meet project specifications, codes, and safety standards
• Conduct safety meetings and inspections
• Manage materials, equipment, and labor efficiently
• Maintain client relationships and provide project updates
• Resolve project-related issues promptly
• Maintain accurate project documentation
• Assist with budgets and cost control

The Successful Applicant

The Successful HVAC Superintendent - Commercial & Industrial Projects - Raleigh will have:

• 3+ years of proven experience as an HVAC Superintendent on commercial/industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and industry best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other relevant software experience
• the want and ability to grow within their role
• Manage and mentor skilled technicians and subcontractors
