Job Summary Senior Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing and executing all front‑of‑house functions according to P.F. Chang’s established procedures and in accordance with the direction of the Operating Partner. This lead front‑of‑house management role requires supervision, training, and coordination of all hospitality team members. Job Responsibilities Supervise and facilitate training of all Hospitality Team Members Articulate clearly to Team Members, other management, and guests Develop and manage schedules for all Hospitality Team Members Hold pre‑shift meetings to provide daily focus and direction Hold front‑of‑house staff accountable for dress code standards Ensure compliance with state safety and sanitation guidelines Support execution of inventory and manage controllable expenses Assign and complete side work appropriately Manage check‑outs for all hospitality staff Ensure a clean and safe environment for all team members and guests Handle guest service issues professionally and compassionately Live the P.F. Chang’s Message and inspire others to do the same Stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift; reach, bend, balance and transport objects up to 30 lbs; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Operate kitchen equipment including wok, mixer, slicer, buffalo chopper; use knives correctly Job Requirements 3+ years of restaurant management experience Valid driver’s license for occasional duties such as coverage, liquor license logistics, deliveries, marketing, training and business meetings Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Experience mentoring and training hourly team members Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Preferences Experience in casual or upscale dining Experience in a corporate restaurant chain with established processes and systems Understanding of inventory, cost of goods, and overall financial control #J-18808-Ljbffr P.F.
