Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager who will help lead us through our next phase of growth. In this role, the Program Manager oversees multiple high visibility projects using agile best practices, ensuring alignment across internal teams, including sales and delivery, and key customer stakeholders. A core part of this role will also involve nurturing future leaders within the team, helping us grow responsibly while staying true to our engineering principles and positive culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Proven experience managing customer relationships, timelines, scopes, budgets, and resources.
• Strong background managing data, AI, and/or analytics projects.
• Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization.
• Hands-on experience as a Portfolio/Program Manager with expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Products.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and be self-directed.
• Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or other technical related field preferred.
• PMP and CSM certifications strong preference.

Requirements

• Own and drive the success of projects across phData’s largest and most strategic customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the internal sales and delivery organization.
• Identify opportunities for expanding phData services within existing customers.
• Manage project risks and customer escalations.
• Mentor and develop a team of world-class consultants.
• Exhibit strong organizational, time management, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Facilitate and coordinate innovation and/or onsite visits.
• Develop a deep understanding of account history for each customer.
• Be accountable for overall delivery excellence across all projects.
• Manage complex financials across a project portfolio.
• Provide account health readouts (financials, project statuses, major blockers).
• Participate in building and executing account plans and strategic roadmaps.
• Document new and enhance current PMO best practices.
