Redstone Private Banking Search are working with a well‑established international wealth manager that is SEC-registered and headquartered in Switzerland, looking to hire a Relationship Manager to join their high‑performing team covering U.S.-connected clients. Key Responsibilities / Tasks Responsible for acquiring and managing HNW private clients primarily from the U.S. Southeast and Central regions, as well as U.S. tax‑resident individuals based abroad Develop and expand a strong network of prospects in line with business goals Provide investment advice and asset management services within regulatory frameworks Collaborate with the internal investment management team to deliver best‑in‑class service Role reports to the Head of U.S. Market Coverage Key Qualifications / Experience Minimum 8 years of experience as a Relationship Manager within private banking or wealth management Transferable book of clients looking for offshore (Swiss) booking Demonstrated success working with U.S.-connected clients (onshore/offshore) Experience operating within a Swiss wealth management environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and client‑centric approach Role is to be based in Switzerland and focused on cross‑border U.S. client coverage For all positions based in Switzerland, Redstone Search works with their licensed Swiss partner Accurity GmbH.
