Hourly base pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, plus performance incentives.

EdgeLink is hiring customer-focused sales representatives who enjoy selling and want their results to increase their pay. You will help customers find the right wireless products, learn our sales process and work toward clear goals. This is an hourly base-pay position with additional incentives, not a commission-only job.
Compensation and Earning Opportunities
In addition to hourly wages, eligible employees can receive daily payouts on qualifying sales incentives, plus weekly and monthly incentive opportunities under the applicable pay plan. Daily incentives are extra compensation, not an advance on hourly wages. Base pay follows regular payroll. Incentive eligibility and payment timing depend on qualifying sales, performance standards and program terms.
Illustrative Earnings Example
$50 in daily incentives accumulated during a week + $150 in weekly incentives = $200 above base pay. Over a 40-hour week, that equals an additional $5 per hour. This is a hypothetical example, not a guarantee or a statement of typical earnings. All eligibility requirements must be met. Amounts are before taxes, and each incentive follows its own payment schedule.
What You Will Do
• Ask questions and recommend phones, plans, home internet, tablets and accessories that fit each customer's needs.
• Explain options clearly, recommend complete solutions and confidently close sales.
• Track your sales goals, learn the incentive plan and apply coaching to improve performance.
• Process activations, upgrades, payments and account changes accurately while protecting customer information.
• Stay current on products and promotions, and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked and customer-ready; follow cash, inventory and security procedures.
