** Hiring: Legal & Operations Coordinator **
** BNB PLUS ME | Charlotte/Ballantyne, NC **
** Pay: $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience **

BNB PLUS ME is a growing workforce and corporate housing business operating across multiple states. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, resourceful person who enjoys writing, organizing documents, supporting projects, and creating practical processes.

You should enjoy taking scattered notes, emails, financial records, and incomplete information and turning them into clear, organized systems. This role requires someone who can adapt to changing priorities, ask thoughtful questions, and follow through.

** Responsibilities **

• Organize contracts, correspondence, receipts, property records, and other documents into a searchable digital filing system.
• Create and maintain processes for updating files, tracking deadlines, and managing projects.
• Prepare factual timelines, summaries, and supporting document packets for attorney review.
• Draft and edit correspondence, instructions, and business documents.
• Support bookkeeping through invoice tracking, expense organization, payment records, and preparation of materials for the accountant.
• Turn conversations and scattered notes into clear tasks and action plans.
• Identify missing or conflicting information and follow up to resolve it.
• Handle confidential business, financial, and legal information with discretion.

** Qualifications **

• Experience in legal support, paralegal work, bookkeeping, or accounting support; candidates with both legal and accounting experience are especially encouraged to apply.
• Excellent writing, computer, and document management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and enjoyment of data entry, documentation, and process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort working with information that arrives out of order or requires clarification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and willingness to learn other software.

Legal preparation will be performed under the owner’s direction and, when applicable, the attorney’s guidance. Property management or corporate housing experience is helpful but not required
