Silgan Container Plant Manager, Briengsville, PA Silgan Containers is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at our Briengsville, Pennsylvania, manufacturing facility. This position reports to the Director of Operations and provides leadership to all plant departments, including Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Materials, Human Resources, and Finance. The Plant Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating all manufacturing, financial, and operational functions to achieve plant goals in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP). This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a commitment to operational excellence.
