ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an exceptionally talented paralegal to support our in‑house legal department. In this role you will provide critical support across contracts, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, and overall legal operations. The position is full‑time, on‑site, and available in Palo Alto, Austin, or Washington, D.C.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with drafting legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Manage compliance for commercial and corporate agreements. Support corporate governance and entity management, minute books, and regulatory filings. Work cross‑functionally to develop and implement processes that streamline legal operations, integrate technology tools, and drive overall efficiencies. Be a team player: pitch in for anything needed in the legal department, even if it’s unfamiliar or outside your core responsibilities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree required. Strong sense of ownership, inquisitive, and enthusiastic about technology with a desire to be continually challenged. Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Team‑first player who is highly mission‑driven. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset. Tech‑savvy with an understanding or keen interest in emerging technologies like AI. Notary registration or strong interest in obtaining certification is desirable.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

$100,000 - $150,000 USD base salary. Total rewards include equity, comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, short‑ and long‑term disability insurance, life insurance, and various other discounts and perks.

ITAR REQUIREMENTS
