We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our client's team.Location: Las Vegas, NVHourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be $31.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Employment Type: Contract-to-HireFLSA Status: Non-ExemptJob Summary: This role supports a leading multinational distributor of tools and equipment, handling high-volume vendor invoice processing, three-way matching, and vendor account reconciliation for the Finance team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working directly with vendors to resolve discrepancies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Review and process a high volume of vendor invoices each week, ensuring proper documentation and approvalsCode invoices to the correct general ledger accounts, departments, and sales segmentsPerform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices, researching and resolving discrepanciesReconcile vendor statements and respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely mannerRequirements:3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environmentStrong understanding of AP principles, invoice processing, and payment proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), MetaViewer, and/or Certify preferredBenefits: Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
