Assistant Managers are responsible for being brand ambassadors at Graeter’s. They lead the team with exceptional performance levels, including guest service, sales, profits, quality, and employee engagement. Math & Language Skills: Ability to work with and analyze sales numbers, ratios, measurements, percentages, etc. Must read and comprehend instructions for equipment use, methods, processes, and procedures; write professional reports and memos; speak before a group with poise. Education: Minimum high school diploma. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred or a combination of education and supervisory experience. Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, load supplies and equipment around the store and in/out of vehicles, and stand on feet 8+ hours.
