Content Manager

The Blue SkAI is seeking a passionate and experienced Content Manager to oversee the creation, management, and optimization of our educational content. The ideal candidate will be adept at producing engaging material that fosters learning in Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, AGI, and Psychology. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with The Blue SkAI's mission and goals. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for our website, social media, and other digital platforms. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content. Monitor and analyze content performance, making data‑driven decisions to optimize engagement. Manage a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content projects. Lead a team of writers, editors, and content creators, providing guidance and feedback. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and digital marketing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in content management, preferably in an educational or non-profit setting. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices. Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. Passion for education and a deep understanding of Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, AGI, or Psychology is a plus.
