Staff Program Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc

Cincinnati, OH

Staff Program Manager position in the Drug Product Division overseeing strategic programs across their full lifecycle. The role ensures on-time delivery and successful execution while maintaining customer relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and communicate end-to-end program health as single source of truth
  • Lead strategic operational aspects of projects with customer and management teams
  • Coordinate site-wide resources to deliver comprehensive solutions across portfolio
  • Prepare materials for steering committees and executive-level reporting
  • Facilitate program risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in GMP environment
  • Demonstrated project management experience with strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, outsourcing, and Quality SOPs
  • Ability to influence across teams using varied leadership styles
  • Excellent client service orientation and business acumen
  • MBA preferred
