Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course. Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification required. Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families and staff members Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for seniors without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others. Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment.
