What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or equivalent
• California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• ASHA CCCs preferred, but strong CF candidates will be considered
• School-based SLP experience or strong clinical background with pediatric populations
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide direct therapy services, consultation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to promote academic and social success for students
• Offer parent education and support, as needed
