Inventory Clerk

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support daily supply chain and inventory operations. In this onsite role, you will be primarily responsible for tracking the movement of materials, organizing stock, and ensuring departments are properly supplied. You will be working in a dynamic, patient-facing facility, making your role critical to the smooth operation of our daily services. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day inventory and track the movement of materials and supplies throughout the facility. Count, sort, and record numbers, codes, and other critical inventory information accurately. Stock shelves and distribute supplies to various internal departments. Assemble and set up new shelving units to optimize product storage. Inspect incoming and outgoing items to identify flaws or defects. Perform detailed data verification, including checking numbers and comparing supply lists. Qualifications & Requirements Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Minimum of 6 months of related inventory, warehouse, or stocking experience. Physical Requirements: Must be able to safely lift up to 25 lbs. Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy required for checking codes, numbers, and lists. Health & Safety: Due to working in a patient access building, proof of full vaccination is required prior to starting. Systems Knowledge: No specific prior software or systems knowledge is required; training will be provided.
