Our Indianapolis branch needs a Service Writer In this position the candidate will assist our customers by:- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
- Responding to customer service inquires and issues in a timely manner.
- Knowing our products inside and out to answer customer questions.
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting customer service activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
