Role and Responsibilities Reporting to the Director of Sales (National), Regional Director of Sales oversees a team of Sales Inspectors, translating marketing and call center activity into revenue-generating opportunities to achieve sales goals. Manages facility sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and deployment. Reports sales KPIs to the Director of Sales and personnel evaluations at predetermined intervals, providing risk-mitigation strategies when goal divergence occurs. Provides insight to the Director of Sales for local sales strategies, promotions, marketing campaigns. Collects, evaluates, and coordinates lead activity after handoff from corporate call center. Assigns leads to PMs and coordinates scheduling of lead activity with the Office Administrator. Audits proposals, reviews lead/crew notes, Monitors and ensures project management standards are being met by PMs. Verifies closing paperwork and financing documentation to coordinate collections activity. Maintains customer service standards, quality assurance, and positive customer reviews. Secondary point of contact for client relationship management and conflict resolution. Acts as a temporary fill-in/replacement in the absence of RDOS or Project Managers. Oversees the condition, cleanliness, and maintenance of sales team vehicles. Manages inventory of inspection supplies, marketing collateral, and devices. Positive and customer-centric attitude. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture. Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
