Position: Heavy Equipment Operator

Location: Windsor, CO

Project: Data Center Construction

Duration: Through end of month (July), with potential extension

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:30/6:00 PM (60+ hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate excavators (track hoes) and skid steers safely and efficiently.
• Perform site civil construction work including:
  • Excavation
  • Trenching
  • Grading
  • Material movement
• Assist with concrete demolition and site preparation.
• Complete daily equipment inspections.
• Follow all site safety and project procedures.
• Support field crews to maintain project schedules.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years operating excavators/track hoes and skid steers.
• Experience on commercial or industrial construction sites.
• Strong site civil construction experience.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to start quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Concrete demolition experience.
• Data center or large-scale construction project experience.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Windsor, CO.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
