Senior Business Analyst

Our partnered client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with specific experience deep in Data initiatives from integration to reporting in accordance with how the business uses and accesses data. This position will drive and enable change through process improvement and technology delivery. This role exists to close the gap between what the business needs and what gets built, leading requirements, process design, and functional design work, and in some cases serving as the relationship manager with business stakeholders. Strong analysts in this seat shorten delivery cycles and reduce rework across the portfolio. This is a 6-month Contract-to-Direct opportunity, on-site in Brookfield, WI. Candidates must currently reside in SE WI within a 45-minute to 1-hour commute to Brookfield in order to be considered. The role sits in the banking and financial services industry. There is no Visa Sponsorship available for this role.
