Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct table games such as blackjack and Ultimate Texas Hold'em in accordance with established rules and procedures.
• Deal cards, spin the roulette wheel, and manage game flow efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all bets are placed correctly and payouts are made promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service to guests.
• Monitor game activity for fairness and adherence to casino policies.
• Handle chips, cash, and other gaming instruments responsibly and securely.
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
• Follow all safety, security, and compliance regulations related to gaming operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a table games dealer or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of casino games, rules, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to handle cash and chips responsibly.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess relevant gaming licenses or certifications as required by local regulations.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Previous dealer experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and current/potential clients.
• Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members.
• Dependable and reliable while maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record.
• Thorough knowledge of table games policies and procedures.

Working Conditions and Physical Environment:

• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Exhibit manual dexterity to deal cards, place markers, and exchange chips for guests.
• Able to see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids.
• Hear and understand speech at normal levels, outdoors and on the telephone.
• Speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly.
• Physical agility to bend, stoop, climb stairs/ladders, work in small spaces, walk, reach and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Work involves almost constant exposure to elements, such as dirt dust, fumes, smoke, flashing lights and loud noises.
