ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2018 after working as a Recruiter for State Farm, an experience that gave me valuable insight into talent development, team success, and what it truly takes to thrive in this industry. I'm a graduate of Texas Tech University, married with one daughter and a family dog, and our office reflects the same welcoming, down-to-earth energy I value at home. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Abby Gallegos - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
